As the partner in development and support of the interactive Moreactive4life portal expected visit of 200,000 users in day, the Ministry of Health of Great Britain and "Fitnes-Industrii Association of Great Britain" selected the international developer company of HAULMONT which successfully proved in some other projects.
The Moreactive4life program intended for increase in sports activity of the population of Great Britain and allowing everyone to play sports in the first month 2011 on favorable terms was implemented by "Fitnes-Industrii Association of Great Britain" and HAULMONT company by request of the Ministry of Health of Great Britain.
As the partner in development and support of the interactive Moreactive4life portal the international developer company of HAULMONT which successfully proved in some other projects was selected. The Internet portal Moreactive4life represents the system of the order of coupons for free or preferential visit of sporting venues which participate in the program. The project on development of the Internet portal started on December 10, 2010 and was complete on January 8, 2011. Since January 9 the portal is actively used by the population of Great Britain. A system is constructed based on the CUBA platform developed by specialists of HAULMONT company, using Spring MVC, Spring Webflow, OpenJPA, and allowing to cluster easily application servers that increasing allowable peak load by a system.
"We developed the portal from scratch, it was necessary to consider many moments: create convenient payment system for the order of coupons, provide the reliable mechanism of collecting and consolidation of data maintaining loading selling 5,000,000 coupons a month and daily visit of the portal about 200,000 people. At the same time it was required to develop and hand over the project in record short terms – in one month.
