Cream in chocolate (BIT: Beauty 8)

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) automated conducting operational and management accounting in beauty shop "Cream in Chocolate" by means of the program "BIT: Beauty 8". In a project deliverable it was succeeded to control quickly settlement with visitors and to increase customer service quality.

The beauty shop "Cream in Chocolate" is the whole industry of beauty and health, in salon it is possible to use services of the cosmetologist, massage therapist, hairdresser. Existence of tanning studio, a manicure office allow to provide to clients complex service.

Earlier financial and regulated accounting in beauty shop was kept manually that was labor-consuming. The management efficiency and a customer loyalty was required to raise the companies. For automation of operational, accounting and management accounting in beauty shop it was decided to implement "BIT: Beauty 8".

The following tasks are automated:

• Maintaining customer base;
• Inventory control and work with suppliers;
• Pricing;
• Accounting of employees and equipment;
• Record of clients;
• Accounting of the rendered services and sales;
• Accounting of cash flow and payments.

During implementation specialists of BIT configured user rights, entered initial data in the program and provided training of employees. As a result of automation it was succeeded to optimize warehouse stocks, several times to accelerate payroll calculation, to organize record of clients according to the working schedule of employees, without failures. There was an opportunity to control settlement with clients and work of employees.
