RTK IT Plus and MyOffice signed a strategic cooperation agreement on June 2, 2025.

The first stage of integration will be the unification of the no-code platform "Akola" and the corporate messenger Squadus. Users will be able to centrally store files, as well as edit documents in real time, providing full teamwork. The main goal of integration is to form a single digital space for interaction, where documents, tasks, applications and discussions will be concentrated in one interface. This will eliminate the need for employees to switch between disparate services and make everyday work easier and more efficient.

In addition, the integration will automatically send notifications about the status of tasks and business processes directly to the Squadron chat. Employees will be able to quickly respond to changes and perform certain actions - for example, coordinate documents or confirm applications - directly from the messenger, without the need to move to other systems. This approach will significantly speed up workflows and reduce the time spent on routine operations.
