Responses

"Before implementation we had to open daily SQL Server Management Studio, to check working off of SQL tasks and volume of free disk space, to manually remove blocking of users of a DB. In the presence of serious blocking it was necessary to start the SQL Profiler that reduced the capacity of the server and complicated work of users. After software implementation the operational notification about problems happens instantly, all necessary information is displayed in one console of the application therefore it is easily perceived. The efficiency of the solution of incidents increased, time for operation of systems decreased", – Roman Melikhov notes.
