TopPlan GPS Monitoring

The following modules are a part of the software package "TopPlan GPS Monitoring":

• 1. Automated Workplace (AW) of the manager;
• 2. Software of the server of coordinates;
• 3. Workplace of the administrator.

Besides, storage of coordinates requires DBMS (MSDE for the local version and the MS SQL Server 2000/2005 for the network version).

Main functionality

Work with databases and electronic cards

• Formation of the database of objects of monitoring (transport and terminals). Information input about controlled objects and the equipment installed on objects.
• Connection of databases of the user (clients, the addresses for delivery of products, etc.)
• Opportunity for work with the reference book of firms and the TopPlan organizations (search, display of objects from the reference book on the card, etc.)
• Vector electronic cards of TopPlan give a wide range of possibilities for fast and convenient work: any scaling, search of the address and any cartographic objects, inclusion/shutdown of cartographic layers of TopPlan, etc.
• Laying of a route (finding of the shortest route on the sequence of the set points). * Preserving of the created route in the form of the file.
• Editing road situation

Monitoring of objects

• Data acquisition from trackers in real time, registration and preserving of the acquired information in the database, including in the form of a log file.
• Display of controlled objects on electronic cards of TopPlan in real time.
• The visual and sound notification of the operator about approach of certain events: operation of sensors, an exit of controlled parameters of an object out of certain limits (temperature, humidity), clicking of the disturbing button by the driver, etc.
• Change of parameters of monitoring of objects (change of an interval of sending coordinates TopPlan GPS-BOX tracker, etc.)
• Setup of information display about controlled objects (time, a run, coordinates, a status of sensors, etc.)

Job analysis of the transport park

• Viewing contemporary records (on any object for any day or for any period).
• Report generation about run, parking and other operation parameters of vehicles.
• The report on events (operation of sensors, an exit of controlled parameters of an object out of certain limits, clicking of the disturbing button by the driver, etc.)
• Analysis "plan fact": a possibility of comparison of the route saved in the file with the actual run for the set vehicle.

Service functions and security

• Only for the TopPlan GPS-BOX tracker
• The GPRS connection with the tracker protected by the password (for an intrusion prevention in a monitoring system from outside).
• Obtaining information on the current balance of the tracker.
• Updating of "firmware" of the tracker (on the Internet).
• Change of settings and operation parameters of the tracker (installation of passwords on sending commands, change of an interval of sending coordinates in the different modes, etc.)
• Setup of work of TopPlan GPS-BOX with the additional hardware (sensors, actuators, etc.)
• The instruction number GSM of phone for sending by the alarm tracker (in case of operation of signaling of the car).

Version of PRO (additional functionality)

• Work with geo-zones. Creation and editing geographical zones on the electronic plan, a binding of location of objects to zones, determination and fixing of the moments of an input of objects in the set zone (zones) and/or an exit of objects from it.
• Formation of control points and planned route for any vehicle. A possibility of a task of control points using the database of clients and the addresses of deliveries.
• Preserving of planned routes in the database with a search capability of routes for any day on any vehicle.
• Report on passing of control points.
• Analysis "plan fact": a possibility of comparison of a planned route with actual in the automatic mode.
• Control of level of fuel in real time (at connection of the analog TopPlan GPS-BOX sensor to the fuel sensor of the vehicle or at a connectivity to the FMS interface of cargo cars).
• Sending managing commands for TopPlan GPS-BOX (on/off the equipment installed on the vehicle).
