Pelco IM10-V

The day/night Pelco IM10-V megapixel cameras have the compact vandal proof body of dome type and use the latest Sarix technology for ensuring video surveillance with high rates of image quality. New products are supplied with the CMOS sensor with non-interlaced scan and WDR 60 dB and create one or double-stream video with the resolution up to 1280х1024 px. in the H.264 and/or M-JPEG formats at illumination on an object up to 0.25 lx. At the same time the surveillance camera is delivered with the built-in zoom lens of 2.8-10 mm, is equipped with the microphone and an audio-input and output, supports technology of transfer of power supply for IP network (PoE) and works under control of software of Pelco and Milestone companies.

For optimization of network resources of a video surveillance system of Pelco Sarix IM10-V can transfer one or at the same time two flows of video configured with different permission, picture frequency, bitrate and structure of GOP (Group of Pictures). So, network cameras allow to set an image shrinking algorithm — H.264 or M-JPEG, permission to 1280x1024 px. and frame rate is up to 30 fps. Thanks to existence of the switched-off IK-filter, the surveillance camera is capable to create the color/black-and-white image at osveshchennost to 0.5/0.25 lx, and in the conditions of especially small illumination activates an algorithm of accumulation of the personnel at which its photosensitivity increases up to 0.12/0.03 lx.

The web interface of the camera Pelco allows the operator through the standard web browser to perform its remote setup and monitoring to 16 IP devices at the same time within a single network. Thanks to an open architecture of the preset software, the surveillance camera can be integrated into the IP video systems created on the basis of corporate software of Pelco Endura, Digital Sentry or software applications of other developers. At creation of large-scale or geographically distributed video surveillance systems with unlimited number of cameras and other IP devices of different producers it is possible to use Milestone XProtect software.

The video analytics module which is built in the cameras Pelco IM10-V with a basic packet of algorithms Pelco Camera Sabotage considerably expands systems capabilities of video surveillance and increases efficiency of response of a security service to disturbing situations. Using basic analytic functions, the surveillance camera provides the analysis of the broadcast video flows and registers attempts of a defocusing or closing/fill with color of a lens and also not authorized change of a scene of observation.

For full-function video surveillance behind an object of IM10-V it is equipped with the microphone and supports bidirectional audio delivery in the "half-duplex" or "full duplex" modes. In addition to the built-in microphone, the surveillance camera has the integrated "input/audio audio exit" connector to which it is possible to connect more sensitive optional microphone and the active loudspeaker. Such solution an opportunity to communicate directly with the people who are near the camera gives to the operator IP video systems, saving time and funds for installation of the separate warning system.

The metal shock-resistant casing protects the chamber block and electronics of the camera from external mechanical influences thanks to what Pelco IM10-V can be operated in premises with increased requirements on security of the equipment, for example, in the subway, the airports, schools, etc. objects with high risk of emergence of acts of vandalism. The new surveillance camera can fasten on a mounting surface by a laid on or cut-in method, however, when using additional brackets of the Pelco brand, also suspended installation is possible. Power supply supply to the camera is performed on Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology for the standard Ethernet cable which is applied to broadcast of video and data.

Thanks to the thought-over fastening construction, installation of the dome camera on object of video surveillance happens in read minutes. Existence of a 3-axial bracket of the chamber block with turning angles 355º/180º/220º allows to set quickly the necessary direction of the IM10-V overview during its installation. For work at variable illumination the surveillance camera is supplied with the megapixel zoom lens with automatic iris control and 2.8-10 mm with a range of focal distances. As well as other models of IM10 series, innovation supports function of autofocusing Auto Focus (AF).
