CoreOptimus WMS

The warehouse management system based on the Core Optimus platform is developed based on Microsoft SQL Server DBMS. Uses technologies SQL, .NET, ASP.NET, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, J2EX, ZPL, Microsoft Office Components, etc.

It was developed by programmers of Russia, the local support and maintenance is provided.

The code of the platform and the application is closed and ciphered by a crypto resistant algorithm of AES 256, but depending on requirements of the customer a part of the code can be open and commented for independent developments

Even in the closed status the platform allows to design to the customer functionality of a system independently necessary for it at any level — setup, business of the logician, the interface, printing, functionality of the shipping documentation.

A WMS system supports connection of peripheral devices — ZPL\EPL printers, data collection terminals, the ACS systems, video surveillance, POS terminals, leveller, a collar and the other warehouse equipment.

Advantages of Core Optimus WMS also is that for its functioning in basic option and performance for an average warehouse it is not necessary to purchase in addition any paid software. The minimum requirements for installation of a system — Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2, Microsoft SQL Server Express.

The logic of work of the platform and storage \data processing is constructed optimum that allows to cut down expenses on the heavy server machinery and expensive storage systems. System performance started on the normal personal computer allows to work to a warehouse in 12000 pallet, 20 employees about the shipping documentation, processing speed about 3000 lines per hour.

The maximum recorded WMS system capacity on the server (2 processors on 4 cores, 16 GB of OZU) 100000 lines of assembly of orders for 12 working hours of a warehouse with personnel of change in 120 people.

Core of a WMS system and applications are created in such a way that it can be built in any information environment and replace functions of other systems in information environment.

A system by means of one of products on a line of Core Optimus GateWay allows to manage and be managed by the different systems — 1C, Navision, Axapta, SAP, the Folio and even to coordinate the actions with other warehouse control systems, working closely in a sheaf on a trade inventory and transactions.

Physically a system consists of several parts — databases, platforms, business of logic, the interface, applications for peripheral devices.

Logically basic system consists of the setup block of panels, the block of user interfaces, the reporting block.

Modularly WMS the Core Optimus system can consist of different modules, and modules can be strongly connected with each other, and can work absolutely independently. List of possible modules:

• basic (acceptance, selection, a complete set, shipment, replenishment, including lot-based accounting and expiration dates)
• expanded acceptance with different options of placement of goods right after acceptance.
