Accounting in sanatorium of Forest

The program which was used in sanatorium at that time allowed to automate the statement of documents for vacationers and also to create necessary reports. At the same time it was insufficiently adapted for work with a large number of requests for armoring which arrived from travel companies.

For automation of accounting and tax accounting in organization the application solution "1C: Accounting 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was used. Therefore the management made the decision on automation of marketing departments and placement using the software product also on this platform.

Implementation of the application solution "Kompasplus: Registry of sanatorium" in sanatorium of Forest it was executed by specialists of Kompasplus company.

Room reservation in organization has the features. Within cooperation with travel companies the sanatorium selects with it some quota of numbers. Numbers which entered a quota are considered reserved for the term determined in the agreement with travel company. If in 14 days prior to arrival the request for armoring from travel company is absent, the quota should be cancelled automatically. After that services in the settlement in such numbers become available to marketing department to implementation. For reflection of this feature in a system the special category of the customer "Quotas to travel agencies" for which the rules of automatic removal of armor – in 14 days prior to arrival are configured is created. At the booking confirmation renewal of customers in other categories is executed.

Other feature of organization is arrival time management by hotel rules, at the same time checkout time is appointed at 8 a.m. in the morning. It created some problems at departure of the vacationer which happened, as a rule, after checkout time. For reflection of this feature a system was customized so that time of departure was considered upon, but "excess" day, namely day of departure, at the same time was not set off. In a system the report allowing to calculate the number of meals which were visited by the vacationer is also implemented. Calculation is made on the basis of data on the actual time spent in sanatorium taking into account the schedule of work of the dining room. Universal reports of a system allow to receive practically all forms which employees used earlier.
