In JSC Ammofos (Cherepovets) which is one of the largest domestic manufacturers of phosphatic mineral fertilizers the project on implementation of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system started. Limits of the project include both automation of personnel records and payroll, and training management of personnel. The BOSS-personnel officer acts as the partner in project implementation of system implementation of personnel management BSC company.
It is important to note that at the moment HR policy is for JSC Ammofos key aspect in achievement of strategic objectives. Modernization of production and implementation of modern IT solutions imposes new job requirements with personnel. In the fall of 2010 the management of the enterprise made the decision on a project startup on creation of the unified information system for human resources management.
"For solving of tasks of management of personnel processes we needed the uniform HRM solution capable to meet all key requirements regarding personnel management and payroll. Within the project which started in November, 2010 specialists of BSC with assistance of the management and the staff of JSC Ammofos implemented automation of personnel records and payroll within the uniform HRM solution. It is less, than in a year the modules "Registration of Personnel", "Staff list", "Time keeping", "Payroll calculation", "Accounting in RPF", "Training Management of Personnel" were implemented, the uniform DB and the centralized maintaining corporate reference books in the BOSS-personnel officer is organized.
Besides, during the project the necessary additional functionality and the reporting according to requirements of JSC Ammofos was developed, integration of a HRM system with a system bank client and the ERP system of JSC Ammofos is executed. By the end of 2011 test operation of a new personnel management system of JSC Ammofos based on 3 largest divisions of the enterprise then the BOSS-personnel officer was brought into commercial operation was successfully complete.
