In "St. Petersburg Bank implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, one of the largest in the financial sector is conducted. The project already covered 500 employees and, according to the experts, approached at cost $0.5 million.

In JSC St. Petersburg Bank, one of the largest regional banks, the first project stage on process automation of crediting on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is complete. According to integrator of the project of Corus Consulting company, this largest implementation of this system in the financial sector last year. At the first stage connected 500 users to a system, further in process of development of the project their number still will increase.

Implementation of the CRM system in bank had to provide eventually creation of the uniform credit folder on all clients of bank. According to the expert Korus Konsalttng Maria Bar-Biryukovoy, today the market of retail lending quickened, and existence of a fast and effective system for work with credit requests – competitive advantage for bank.

In addition to Microsoft Dynamics CRM bank considered also other platforms: beginning from large western brands before own development, but a choice was made for benefit of Microsoft Dynamics CRM due to flexibility of a system and the best ratio price/quality, told in Korusa. In addition to the last also the CMD-Soft company took part in the project.

Within the first stage of the project process of formation of the credit folder of legal entities and physical persons of the CRM system was automated, access rights to client information according to regulations of bank are organized, such actions as appointment of the responsible manager, registration and tracking of history of customer interactions and partners are automated and regulated. Besides, management of users and organizational structure of bank was automated.

Integration between the Microsoft CRM systems and information banking system "the Banker / About" based on which all basic bank processes (a product of CSBI company) are automated is also performed. Thanks to application of an integration bus of eXtream which is also developed by CSBI company operational information about the relations of bank with his clients comes to the Microsoft CRM system, at the same time the Banker / Missile Defence system continues to process banking activities in the normal mode.

In plans of bank further development of a system regarding process automation of corporate crediting and sales of all types of banking products corporate and to VIP clients. According to the Chief information officer of bank Andrey Limonov, implementation of the CRM system allowed to reduce time for processing and approval of credit folders of clients. Also costs for transportation of paper versions of the credit folder between different offices of bank were reduced – earlier on "physical" transportation of documents a lot of time and means was spent.

The project budget of the party is not opened. According to the experts, respondents of TAdviser, the cost of such project taking into account number of licenses and amount of works is from $400 to $520 thousand.
