2024: Implementation of the SimpleOne ITSM system
AUXO completed a large-scale implementation project the Russian SimpleOne ITSM systems to manage the IT company's internal processes. As part of the project, the company overcame the technological limitations associated with the departure of foreign vendors and created a single environment for managing IT services for more than 1000 users. Auxo announced this on November 26, 2024.

The implemented SimpleOne ITSM system has created a single digital space for all the company's IT processes. As of November 2024, the system employs 70 technical support specialists who process applications through a unified self-service portal. The system automatically distributes requests through the service directory, manages the ordering and maintenance processes of IT equipment, and integrates with corporate systems, including Active Directory.
