Euphrates is implemented in Yasnaya Polyana

In "L.N. Tolstoy's Memorial estate Yasnaya Polyana" system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) EUPHRATES began. For project implementation the customer purchased the license for simultaneous operation of 50 employees. Installation and setup of a system are performed by the partner of Cognitive Technologies in Tula region — Brevis company.

For ensuring effective storage and document handling the management of Yasnaya Polyana made the decision to implement EDMS. Based on an open competition in which the leading players of the market participated the EUPHRATES system was recognized the winner. The functionality of a system, reasonable price and a large number of implementations in the territory of the Russian Federation became the pacing factors which defined this solution.

At the moment the first stage of implementation providing setup of the EUPHRATES system according to technical specifications of the customer began. After its termination in Yasnaya Polyana it is going to create uniform archive of electronic documents, to organize accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence, to adjust control of performing discipline of employees and also to automate internal document flow. As a result more than 100 people will become users of the EUPHRATES system in Yasnaya Polyana.

It is expected that system implementation of EVFRAT will allow to reduce considerably time spent for accomplishment of routine transactions with documents and will increase the level of performing discipline of employees. As a result the processing speed of documents in Yasnaya Polyana should increase by 2 — 3 times.
