According to them, the data center will be implemented on the basis of the company's own electric generation at the industrial site owned by the partner in the Tver region. The area of ​ ​ the project is over 10 hectares.

"The presence of a contract for the supply of pipeline natural gas will allow you to obtain electric generation with a total capacity of 125 MW and sell at least 10,000 Tier III/Tier IV level data center server racks with a capacity of up to 20 kW per rack," NetOne said.

The territory of the project is located in close proximity to both transport highways and trunk channels of telecom operators.

The project involves phased entry. At the first stage, it is planned to implement gas and electric generating infrastructure with a nominal capacity of 25 MW (1.68 + billion rubles) and build a data center for 2000 server racks.

According to NetOne CEO Irina Prokopova, the lack of inexpensive energy capacity amid the growing energy consumption of existing data centers "guarantees the project interest from both captive customers and investors, as well as stable demand on the open market."
