2024: CDP module leading all data to a single stable identifier

On December 4, 2024, VK introduced an updated version of the VK CXhub marketing platform. Companies will be able to more easily analyze the results of advertising campaigns, quickly adjust strategies to achieve goals and use the advertising budget more efficiently.

The updated CDP (Customer Data Platform) module allows you to assess ad coverage, analyze how many people saw it and how often they interacted with it, compare conversions to understand what marketing activities lead to the desired results in all channels, optimize the budget, directing money to those channels that work best. All information is visualized in convenient and understandable dashboards.

By combining click, show, and view data in VK ad systems with external data, companies gain a complete understanding of how users interact with their brand. This helps to analyze the intersections between advertising channels, see where the audience intersects and where it is unique, adjust the frequency of contacts, ensuring the optimal number of advertisements for each user, and expand the coverage, attracting an additional target audience in the VK advertising system.

In the updated CDP module, all data is reduced to a single Stable ID, which allows you to assess ad coverage and effective frequency not in disparate advertising identifiers, as well as associate online and offline touches with advertising. The CDP personal account allows you to connect conversion and marketing touch data from CRM systems, call centers, marketing mailings, loyalty programs, web and in-app analytics. In it, you can analyze post-view and post-click indicators, build multi-channel marketing touch chains and evaluate them in terms of costs, conversions and sales. By creating portraits of customers, you can find those who can bring more sales, analyze the differences between those who made conversions and those who left the site without committing a targeted action.

Thanks to the intuitive interface, users can work on their own. It is enough to configure the necessary integrations once, and all data, including dashboards, will be updated automatically once a day.
