2024: Implementation of KORP 1S:TOIR version 3.0

The INC and Desnol project helped reduce the duration of repairs and downtime of equipment by 25%. Desnol announced this on December 5, 2024.

The transformation of the asset management system using the EAM solution, 1S:TOIR KORP version 3.0 which created a single digital environment to improve the efficiency Irkutsk oil of the company's asset integrity management (INC), helped reduce the duration of repairs and associated equipment downtime by 20-25%.

The main prerequisites for the transformation of the equipment maintenance and repair system (MR) were a significant increase in the equipment stock, the development of new product areas and the need to move from manual control to a process model. The project served as a catalyst for the implementation of best industrial asset management practices and became the central link in the automation of end-to-end business processes, affecting the entire activities of INC: it entailed integration with 20 related IT products and services and helped reduce the duration of repairs, as well as associated equipment downtime by 20-25%.

In the course of the project, such complex and large-scale tasks were implemented as the development of various levels of the database (from the division to the equipment element), data synchronization was ensured to monitor the state of assets, integration of the CORP 1S:TOIR with the 1S:MTO, 1C:MDM, 1S:ZUP, 1C: Document Flow, 1C: Accounting, Appius-PLM, production portal.

Over 300 functional options, forms and improvements were created, the equipment database increased 5 times, the library of work order templates was replenished by 5,000 copies, the ability to calculate the planned and actual cost of corrective work and build cashflow was added. As a result, INC received a unique tool for operational planning based on risks and prioritization of work, and it is already used at the enterprise's production facilities.

The project serves as a clear example of how digitalization and the transition from MRO management to asset management affects operations, key performance and reliability indicators of the equipment used, the introduction of paperless maintenance and the digital environment of the organization as a whole.

The main idea of the project is to introduce a risk-oriented approach to improve the effectiveness of asset integrity management. To do this, we needed to globally revise the capabilities of the EAM system and combine the data complex. The central link in this process was the IT solutions of Desnol, with which we have been actively cooperating for 10 years and which is the developer and integrator of the ecosystem, 1S:TOIR said Artur Cherekhovich, head of the department for safety and efficiency of INC's production processes. - Putting forward the result of our work at the Global CIO, we, first of all, draw the attention of the professional community to the issue of finding opportunities for optimizing asset management and, of course, share our developments and methods in this area.
