The new reconnaissance FPV-drone "Aqua-4" for assault operations inside buildings was developed by Russian specialists and tested. This became known at the beginning of December 4, 2024. The device is designed to analyze the situation and collect information during cleaning of the premises.

According to TASS, the drone was created by Adel Aero and successfully tested on the basis of the ANO Center for the Development and Implementation of Innovative Solutions. The drone is equipped with high-resolution cameras, infrared devices and radar for reconnaissance.

Director of the Rivir center Stanislav Gevorgyan notes that the use of a drone will reduce risks for personnel during assault operations. Thanks to its compact size, the device effectively collects information about the situation inside the building and potential threats.

The innovative design of the drone includes a lightweight frame, an optimal propeller group and ultra-capacious lithium-ion batteries. These technical solutions provide an increased time in the air compared to previous models.

"Aqua-4" s technical specifications include a weight of less than 400 grams, a range of up to 25 kilometers, and a flight time of 30 minutes. Compact mass and dimensional characteristics allow the drone to effectively maneuver in a limited space of rooms and underground shelters.

The drone can be additionally equipped with various sensors and sensors, including thermal imagers and highly sensitive optical cameras, which allows you to improve tactical planning and improve the efficiency of operations in difficult urban environments.

The new drone is designed to qualitatively improve tactical planning in preparation for assault actions, especially in the complicated environment of cleaning buildings and closed spaces.^[1][2]
