2024: Business and property seized

On December 10, 2024, it became known that the Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the demand of the Federal Tax Service (FTS) to arrest the accounts of individual entrepreneur Alexei Konyshev, the owner of the Плеер.ру online store. He is accused of tax evasion in the amount of almost 10 billion rubles.

On November 28, 2024, the Federal Tax Service filed a lawsuit against Konyshev and two companies - LLC Rising"" (the main legal entity of "Плеер.ру") and LLC "Electron" (a former legal entity of the online store). According to the regulator's statements, during the existence of Pluer.Ru, it periodically changed its legal entity, while maintaining the structure, location of the business and personnel. In particular, it is alleged that the Electron organization, with the aim of tax evasion, actually transferred its financial and economic activities to Voskhod. At the same time, Konyshev, remaining the beneficiary, received money on his accounts from individual entrepreneurs involved in the scheme of concealing revenue and splitting business.

Going to court, the Federal Tax Service said that "Плеер.ру" could again change the organizational structure in a short time and withdraw money from accounts. On this basis, the department demanded the arrest of Konyshev's business and property. During the on-site inspection, the inspection revealed a tax arrears and asks to recover it. The court found the arguments given justified and satisfied the demand for interim measures.

The arrest was imposed on Konyshev's funds in the amount of 9.7 billion rubles in all settlement accounts, including the accounts of Voskhod LLC. The court also banned Konyshev from performing registration actions with land plots in the Vladimir region worth about 750 thousand rubles and a BMW X7 car worth 9.5 million rubles. Restrictions have been placed on any transactions with the Pleer trademark.^[1]

2025: Declared Bankrupt

In early March 2025, it became known that the Moscow Arbitration Court declared Alexei Konyshev, the founder and beneficiary of the Плеер.ру online store, bankrupt. In accordance with the decision, the procedure for the sale of his property was initiated.

Konyshev created Плеер.ру in 2001: the site gained popularity due to low prices, while competitors accused the store of dumping. Law enforcement agencies suspended the platform in July 2018, as well as in 2019 - on charges of tax evasion. And in September 2024, "Плеер.ру" stopped working. In an interview with the Kommersant newspaper, Konyshev said that curtailing operations is a forced measure due to a lack of money for the purchase of goods. The entrepreneur spoke about plans to sell the company for 2 billion rubles, but the deal fell through. Later it was reported that "Плеер.ру" could transform into a marketplace.

According to the regulator, the online store periodically changed legal entities, while maintaining the structure, location and staff. Konyshev, according to the Federal Tax Service, received money from individual entrepreneurs involved in the scheme to conceal revenue and split the business.

As part of Konyshev's bankruptcy, Ayrat Zhalyalov, a member of the Avangard Union of Arbitration Managers, was appointed financial manager. He needs to submit to the court a report on the sale of the entrepreneur's property by August 4, 2025, after which a court hearing will be held on the completion of the relevant procedure.^[2]
