In September 2024 smart glasses , Hearview Glasses went on sale, intended primarily for people with various hearing impairments. This gadget is capable of converting speech into text that is displayed in front of the user's eyes.

Externally, the device looks like ordinary glasses. The gadget functions in tandem with a smartphone. Thanks to algorithms based on artificial intelligence, the speech of nearby people in real time is converted into text. The declared recognition accuracy reaches 95%. Words and phrases are displayed on the built-in display. As a result, hearing impaired or deaf users can follow conversations without delay.

The novelty supports a large number of languages, including English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Hebrew, Portuguese, Russian, Danish, French, etc. In addition to converting speech into text, translations can be made. The claimed battery life on a single battery charge reaches seven hours, and the device weighs 52 grams. This allows you to comfortably use the gadget throughout the day. A wireless Bluetooth connection is used to exchange data with a smartphone.
