2024: Development of a system for selecting pilots and engineers

On December 10, 2024, AMBER announced the completion of a project to develop a system for selecting pilots and airline engineers for the Aviator TC aviation training center. NOCHU DPO "UT" Aviator "- an aviation training center approved by the Federal Air Transport Agency, provides services for training engineering and technical personnel for various types of aircraft, and also conducts additional training for a wide range of aviation specialists.

Project Objectives:
1. Automate the process of providing aviation graduate training to airline customers.
2. Organize registration for training and the ability to exam employees without the direct participation of examiners.

During the implementation of the project, the following was completed:

• Based on the AMBER Staff solution, a single database of pilots, students, clients and their objects is organized with convenient search and segmentation by group of parameters.
• A full cycle of work with pilots and students has been implemented in the System: exit to the facility, registration for training, status, recording of work hours, charging, settlements, etc.
• The possibility of conducting video tests with prepared questions has been introduced. Students receive a link to complete the video test. The teacher watches the video and checks for testing. All test videos are securely stored in the System. The decision eliminates the possibility of "write-off."
• Informative personal cards of pilots are set up, where you can see all certificates, diplomas, experience, position, other important parameters. The pilot can form a personal calendar of employment and readiness to go on flights, planning his load.
• Set up analytics on pilot load, training records and other metrics.
