2024: Product Announcement

In December 2024, RT-Tekhriemka introduced the first domestic intelligent automated predictive equipment (PKO) for the diagnosis of industrial equipment, which has no analogues in functional characteristics.

According to Rostec, the development is intended for use in the engineering, metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical industries and the fuel and energy complex. The system allows to increase operating life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.

The first Russian smart complex of predictive diagnostics of equipment for mechanical engineering, metallurgy and fuel and energy complex was presented

General Director of RT-Tekhpriemka Vladlen Shorin noted that the new complex is able to reduce the consumption of material and technical resources by up to 40% and extend the service life of dynamic equipment by 50%.

The complex includes a monitoring system for collecting data on the equipment resource, an intelligent system for analyzing and predicting maintenance and repair, as well as an information system for generating reports and transmitting service instructions.

The development is equipped with software with elements of artificial intelligence and an electronic base for all types of equipment failures. Its own sensor system with sensors on moving parts reads defects using pulse-wave technology.

The system determines the resource of equipment and predicts the remaining service life with an accuracy of more than 99%. The complex detects defects at early stages, monitors deviations from the specified operating conditions, monitors the effectiveness of the lubrication mode and selects lubricants under dynamic load.

About 85% of all equipment failures are due to premature wear of assemblies and parts, which requires their timely replacement. The new system is being tested at Rostec enterprises, after which it is planned to be implemented in various industries.[1]
