2024: Call Center Voice Robot Launch
The Rolf Group of Companies has chosen the developer of IT solutions for business VS Robotics (part of the Sberbank Group) to automate the incoming line of its contact center. Now the voice robot will receive and process calls from customers of the company's dealerships. VS Robotics reported this on December 11, 2024.
A voice robot is always ready to answer a customer's call, even when contact center operators are busy. This significantly reduces the waiting time. If the client wants to sign up for service, the voice robot collects information about him and his car, and then transmits it to the operator, who can immediately start working with the client.
The voice robot from VS Robotics has shown good results and the ability to provide a high level of customer service, "said Alexandra Zadornova, head of the single contact center of the Rolf group of companies. |
In the course of analyzing the statistics of communications between the robot operator and customers in the direction of service, it was found that the system recognizes car brands and models, broken objects, names of insurance companies, etc. Thanks to the built-in recognition system and dialogue logic, the robot is able to understand the subject of the subscriber's appeal and, if necessary, transfer it to the appropriate group of service center operators for further interaction and resolution of the issue.
It was important for us to offer Rolf not just a technological solution, but a full-fledged product that will help improve the quality of customer service and optimize the work of the contact center. We are glad that it was our voice robot that was chosen for this purpose and has already proven its effectiveness in the pilot project. We hope for further fruitful cooperation and are ready to offer new products for the company's business, - said Maxim Koloskov, head of VS Robotics. |
