FGC Group of Companies has introduced artificial intelligence into its processes. The company actually changes the internal procedure and "delegates" AI communication with counterparties. FGC also changes the knowledge management process in the company: the AI agent will aggregate information from different sources for the sales department about all residential buildings of the developer into a single knowledge base. It is assumed that the digital assistant will allow FGC to increase the efficiency of employees and personal managers. Red mad robot announced this on December 12, 2024.

The solution was developed by the technology company red mad robot. A smart platform has been created for the developer that allows employees to build assistance systems, for example, to compile FAQ responses. In addition, the platform optimizes the work with internal documents in order to speed up the search for corporate knowledge bases. The main expected effect of the implementation is to reduce the load on the support team and the commercial department by 30-40%.

The key technology of the smart platform is the RAG approach (Retrieval Augmented Generation). It allows you to use internal company documents when generating a response for a user without further training the model. The solution also uses a multi-stage process of filtering, cleaning and prioritizing information, which increases the accuracy of responses to 95-100%.

The system will be deployed in On-Anticipate format - that is, in the FGC circuit, and not in the supplier cloud, which will ensure complete data security. FGC plans to scale the AI platform and introduce it into the back office, front office, construction and other divisions.
