According to the company, the B2B-Marketplace model Maxmart, which showed its effectiveness during 2023 and 2024 based on the procurement experience of the largest industrial companies, formed the basis for the creation of a single automated procurement system in demand by the market. The system is enhanced with SRM functionality, which provides full control over all stages of the procurement process from planning to payment. The comprehensive automated procurement system is focused on large and medium-sized companies that make purchases on a continuous basis.

According to market experts, large Russian enterprises are ready to spend 50-100 million rubles on automation of the end-to-end procurement process. to reduce costs and digital transformation of business processes.

The system is called "Maxmart SRM +" and consists of several modules that automate different stages of the procurement process: supplier management, procurement planning, procurement procedures, contract and supply management, directory and role management, as well as provision analysts and reporting. The modules are connected according to the model, the SaaS system can be configured to meet business requirements, implemented into the procurement process and connected to it by suppliers. The system integrates with existing ERP systems, reducing the complexity of operations and increasing the effect of automation.

The supplier management module allows you to expand the pool of suppliers, qualify them, maintain a single base and rating data of suppliers. The purchasing planning module enables integration with ERP systems to provide and manage requisitions and lots, plan and consolidate requisitions, and reconcile requirements. The procurement module ensures the conduct auction of processes on the electronic site and templates. The contract management module consists of a designer of the contracts themselves, a reconciliation matrix and a single supplier's PLC. Effective supply management is achieved through automatic document generation and contract execution control, including integration with customer accounting systems. As of December 2024, the system has been deployed and operates centrally at one of the largest Russian industrial enterprises in several Russian regions.
