Rostelecom has released an updated version of the mobile application used by customers of the home Internet, mobile communications and other services. The implemented improvements increase the convenience and stability of the service. The developer announced this on December 17, 2024.

This release adds an end-to-end lower menu that provides quick access to the desired sections. This simplifies navigation by reducing the number of additional steps.

The main screen has more useful information - for example, tariffs, subscriptions and options, as well as the display of balances for mobile packages. Now the user always sees how many minutes, gigabytes and SMS he has left in the asset. The payment process has been simplified, and support for SberPay has been added - it has become more convenient to top up your account. In total, more than 130 different operations are available to customers in the personal account of the mobile application as of December 2024.

Also, this version of the application has added the option of free verification of user data leakage on third-party resources. The solution allows you to find out what personal information is in the public domain, as well as get recommendations for safe storage of data on the network.

The stability of the application on iOS and Android platforms is supported by cross-platform development. The architecture and codebase of the service are optimized, affecting its performance, making the application faster. Rostelecom customers make 270 million operations per month in it.
