HeadHunter is implementing Process Mining to improve the efficiency of business processes. The supplier of the software solution was Infomaximum, which announced this on December 19, 2024.

Improving operational efficiency is one of the strategic tricks of HeadHunter. To develop a culture of process optimization, it was decided to look for a tool that would provide up-to-date process data. For example, how they are actually implemented, how useful the implemented initiatives have been, etc.

HeadHunter began to search for a solution by studying the problems and requests of end users who wanted:
