2024: Pobeda chain of stores bought Narodny Barn
LLC Trading Company Leto, which manages the Pobeda retail chain, acquired the Crimean network of discounters Narodny Barn, which includes 26 stores. This became known from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). Information about the transaction appeared in this register in mid-December 2024.
According to Interfax, earlier the owner of the Crimean network was Alexei Yakubo. The Narodny Barn stores are located in the main tourist cities of the republic - Alushta, Bakhchisarai, Evpatoria, Feodosia, Kerch, Simferopol, as well as in small settlements.
According to financial statements, the revenue of Narodny Barn LLC in 2023 amounted to ₽2,63 billion, and net profit under RAS reached ₽33,5 million.
The Pobeda retail chain has been operating on the market since 2015, when the first low-price store was opened in Ulyanovsk. Over nine years, the company has expanded its presence to more than 650 discounters in the Central, Volga, South and North Caucasus federal districts.
The company also has six logistics centers. Pobeda's financial performance in 2023 demonstrated revenue of ₽85,846 billion and net profit under RAS of ₽71,179 million.
According to the publication, the owners of Leto Trading Company LLC are four individuals: Igor Lyubchenkov with a share of 45% of the authorized capital, Alexander Sikachina - 35%, Anton Lyubchenkov and Daniil Sikachina own 10% of the company.
The deal will increase the number of outlets in tourist attractive locations and expand the geography of presence in the region.[1]
