2024: Change of Ownership

Ten Moscow restaurants "Kolbasoff" passed to the new owners in December 2024. Five institutions were acquired by the former top manager of Iskander Makhmudov structures Ivan Yuzefovich, four by Alexander Tukatsinsky, and one by Andrei Zaytsev.

Elena Perepelitsa, CEO of RestCon consulting company, estimates the cost of the network in the range of ₽500 million to ₽1 billion. Mikhail Burmistrov, General Director of Infoline Analytics, calls the amount of ₽700 -750 million.

The network of Moscow beer restaurants "Kolbasoff" changed owners

Ivan Yuzefovich owns 30% in TD Prime Foods LLC, which is the trading division of the Zarechnoye agro-industrial group and develops a network of grill bars Primebif Bar. The remaining 70% belong to Andrei Nitsenko, the son of the founder of the Zarechnoye group.

According to SPARK-Interfax, earlier Yuzefovich and Makhmudov were co-owners of the KM Group company with shares of 30% and 70%, respectively. Yuzefovich also served on the boards of directors of Kuzbassrazrezugol and Aeroexpress. Andrei Zaytsev retains the trademarks of the Goodman and Kolbasoff restaurants. He also owns 10% in TD Lavrika LLC, the manager of the Marmo restaurant, where his partner is Andrey Nitsenko with a 90% share.

Iskander Makhmudov previously owned Goodman and Kolbasoff restaurants, buying them from founder Mikhail Zelman at the end of 2013, but soon left this business. Each restaurant was sold to a separate entity and operated under a franchise.

The format of beer restaurants will always be in demand - they are usually perceived as a place for friendly meetings, which ensures a stable flow, Elena Perepelitsa points out. But Kolbasoff restaurants have been on the market for a long time, new owners will have to regularly invest in updating equipment and design, she adds.[1]
