When difficulties began with access to foreign products, Cross Technologies thought about switching to Russian services - they were looking for alternatives to several programs at once.

To protect user data, they connected two-factor authentication to log into enterprise services. Integrated ID from the Kontur: now employees are verified in any convenient way: using an OTP code, push notification, call.

Online communications were built with the help of Tolka. Employees appreciated the understandable interface, and partners and customers appreciated the ability to connect to meetings through a browser, without having to install the application. AI-based tools have simplified routine tasks. The preparation of the results of the meeting was accelerated by automatically decrypting the records.

The service was merged with the company's internal calendar. An employee just needs to press one button in the usual service to generate a link to a room in Tolka. Thanks to integration with ID, employees use already created accounts to log into Tolk: they did not have to register new accounts.
