2025: Plan to replicate "1S:TOIR KORP" in 6 plants
Desnol Soft replicates the EAM system 1S:TOIR KORP at 6 plants of Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies . Desnol Soft announced this on April 11, 2025.
As part of the project, Desnol will have to automate the management of 42,500 repair facilities. The main enterprises for replicating the solution will be 24 sites of the pig breeding complex (28,000 repair facilities), Dmitrogorsky dairy plant (2,000 repair facilities), 4 feed mills (5,000 repair facilities), Dmitrogorsky meat processing plant (5,000 repair facilities), as well as a new meat processing plant in the village of Konyshevka (2,500 repair facilities). Replication will take place according to the author's Desnol methodology, which has already proven its effectiveness at KMPZ.
2024: Completion of the digital transformation of MR at the Kursk Meat Processing Plant
On December 24, 2024, Desnol announced the completion of the digital transformation of MR at the Kursk Meat Processing Plant (KMPZ), which specializes in the production of meat products under the Blizhnye Gorki brand and is part of the Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies. Thanks to this, it was possible to reduce the share of emergency repairs from 70 to 15%, and the number of equipment breakdowns - by 30%.
As reported, the project started in 2023 and was implemented with the help of KORP 1S:TOIR from Desnol, a developer and integrator of 1S:TOIR ecosystem solutions. Initially, the technical department of the Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies chose KMPZ as a pilot for subsequent scaling to all enterprises of the group. Long before the start, two components were highlighted in it: methodological and digital. As part of the methodological part, revision, optimization and regulation were carried out M&R business processes using modern tools and various production maintenance practices. Preparation for the project lasted about 6 months and more than 1,500 technical service employees of all departments of Agropromkomplektatsiya participated in it.
At the first stage, a joint project with Desnol helped Agroproduction to systematize and optimize the effectiveness of repair-related processes, and then automated them using the KORP 1S:TOIR master system. To do this, the integrator team formed a digital circuit and prepared data for the information system. It included 7263 repair objects, 2522 process charts and 4423 process operations. In addition, they built an upper-level hierarchy of such reference books as repair objects (CR), standard repair objects (TOR), process charts (TC), technological operations (TO), and developed a mechanism for unloading historical data from 1S:TOIR 1.3. in 1S:TOIR KORP 3.0. As a result, KMPZ received a single data storage center for repairs and equipment. It provided operational access to all technical documentation, and integration with 6 related systems (1C: Trade Management, 1C: Payroll and HR Management, 1C: Accounting, MDM-Datarion, CSB-System and APCS) made it possible to use auxiliary directories and data transfer to accounting, personnel service and warehouse.
The second stage was the solution of a pool of methodological tasks related to a decrease in the share of emergency repair work on equipment that produces direct products.
In tandem with our colleagues, we revised the equipment maintenance strategy and created a matrix of responsibility for technical personnel, a base of standards and checklists for rounds, introduced such indicators of technical department performance as the number of breakdowns and average downtime. In addition to this, we introduced scheduled preventive repairs for the main equipment (pumps, shutoff valves, conveyors, saturators, mixers, transformers, refrigerators, washers, compressors) and developed a methodology according to which scheduled repairs should be carried out according to the schedule, and unscheduled repairs - through the registration of defects. told German Kopachev, project manager of Desnol |
Now Agro-Industrial Complex can analyze and adjust repair strategies, as well as look at stocks, taking into account the binding to equipment, their turnover and storage levels. As of December 2024, the company is completing the formation of an inventory management policy and plans to automate the process of replenishment and write-off of inventory using the KORP 1S:TOIR.
Our main goal is to increase the efficiency of asset management, and the main expectation from the project is the transparency of budgeting and the accuracy of its implementation, a decrease in inventory of materials by at least 10-15%. In the future, MR should help us reduce the cost of owning assets and optimize performance. told Ilya Meshcheryakov, head of the technical department of the Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies |
In order to be able to replicate the experience of automation of asset management processes using KORP 1S:TOIR to all sites of the group of companies, a Competence Center was created under the leadership of Ilya Meshcheryakov. Its task is to scale the methodology, regulations and training of employees to other enterprises of Agropromkomplektatsiya, including vehicles. And that work, with Desnol's support, has begun.
