SKADA-NIIPT A system is intended for an APCS of substations of an alternating and direct current, atomic - thermal - and hydroelectric power stations, power supply systems of industrial enterprises.

Common timing system

  • Allows to synchronize all processes of poll in relation to absolute time with an accuracy of 1 ms.

  • Modularity of configuration of a complex. An open scalable architecture of PTK on the basis of the conventional international standards (an IEC 870-5-101...4, an IEC 61850)

  • electric power systems of accounting and control (ALPHA, ION, etc.);

  • recording systems of abnormal events ("BRKU", BARS, "GOSAN", Bresler, etc.);
  • monitoring device of quality of the electric power (Resource-UF2, ION, Satec).

Technical means of a system

Cabinet of the APCS server

The APCS server is provided by the duplicated Database server on which all information from hubs of the average level gathers, covering all parameters of the normal mode, technical accounting of electrical energy, microprocessor protection.

  • The industrial server Dual Xeon, RAM - 4Gb, Lan-10/100 Mbit – 2 pieces, the keyboard, the monitor, a mouse, Raid an array, SAS – 6 pieces;
  • Construct of Ritall (WXDXH; 900х800х2000);
  • Uninterruptible power supply unit of APC;
  • Windows operating system.

Depending on features of an object, the APCS server can be provided in cluster and normal execution.

Mediation device cabinet with an object (USO)

USO provides collecting and processing discrete (= 24B, = 220B) and analog parameters (4-20 mA, thermocouples, thermoresistance and so forth), control of actuators (mechanical or solid-state relays). Integration of microprocessor devices is in addition provided (RZA, counters of electrical energy).

  • Construct of Ritall (WXDXH; 600х600х2000; 800х600х2000);
  • The controller of industrial execution (Celeron M, LAN - 100 Mbit, RAM – 128 MB, Flash disk - 128 MB);
  • Module of remote signaling DI-32 (32 channels of discrete input);
  • Module of management DO-8-DP (16 control links);
  • Module of an analog input (4-20 mA);
  • Touch screen (optionally);
  • Payment of RS485/422 8xRS485 interface
  • Isolation, Surge Protection;
  • Time synchronizing device from the GPS antenna (accuracy of synchronization is up to 1 ms);
  • Real-time operating system of QNX.

The software and hardware complex allows:

  • Integrate information from different MPRZA and organize on its base the system of remote supervisory control, with existence of automatic blocking when carrying out switching transactions and a system 'the adviser to the manager' on maintaining the mode;

  • Create the software package for management of digital protection allowing to reduce sharply the labor costs connected with setup, parametrization and operation of digital protection and also to resolve the issues connected with the analysis of correctness of work of digital protection in emergency operation.
