2024: Implementation of "1C: Holding Management"

Gazprom Drilling has increased the efficiency of business processes through the implementation of the 1C: Holding Management program. In total, 311 automated workplaces were created. The partner of the project was the IT company Axioma-Soft, which announced this on December 26, 2024.

Prior to the project, the company used an outdated software product not supported by 1C since 2022. As a result, it was not possible to automatically form and coordinate applications for the planned receipt and consumption of funds. There was also no automated approval of registers for payment for companies in the perimeter, the process of executing the operational budget of cash flow and preparing individual and consolidated statements. In addition, regulatory reference information in accounting systems has not been unified.

So, among the tasks of the project were also indicated: automation of regulatory reference information management, regulated accounting and treasury operations. It was necessary to centralize the business processes of the financial unit and then transfer them to the General Service Center (CSC). It is assumed that the main servicing functions will be transferred to the SSC: accounting and tax accounting, treasury, personnel management, procurement and logistics. This will reduce the reporting time, create a single data source for decision-making.

As a result, the software product "1C: Holding Management" was used for automation. Four subsystems of the product were implemented: Accounting, Treasury, Tax Accounting and Reporting, as well as Tax Monitoring.

Thus, during the project, a unified methodology for maintaining regulated accounting in the group of companies was developed, and the preparation of regulated RAS/NU reporting was partially implemented.

In addition, it was possible to form a system of centralized treasury of companies in the perimeter on the basis of a single solution. They also automated the processes of operational planning of funds, payment execution, including the execution of payments with bank support and the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements.

In addition, reference and centralized regulatory reference information of companies in the perimeter has been created. Automation of control procedures for accounting and tax accounting based on a typical express check - December 2024 in testing.

Thus, the main result of the project was the development of an IT platform for automating the business processes of the financial unit and then transferring them to the CSC. In addition, the efficiency of company management was increased, regulated accounting was set up in a single database. It was possible to centralize the execution of treasury operations on companies in the perimeter, including operational planning of funds, payment execution (including payments with bank support). Also among the results of the project are automation of complex accounting processes: PBU2 calculation, non-actual supply of goods, accounting for lease and leasing in the context of rental objects, calculation of a provision for doubtful debts.
