2024: Contract for the supply of mobile communication nodes and public information complexes

The Ryazan Radio Plant of the Roselectronics holding has signed a contract for the supply of mobile communication nodes and public information systems for the Russian Emergencies Ministry. As part of the technical re-equipment, the territorial bodies and institutions of the EMERCOM of Russia will receive 28 vehicles within two years. The mobile communication center for working in emergency situations (ICC ES) was created on the basis of a specialized car "KamAZ" of off-road capability. The complex is designed to provide EMERCOM units with stable communication in the field. The equipment installed on board allows you to organize satellite, wired and radio communication channels, create a local computing network, carry out video surveillance in the area of ​ ​ tasks, provide data transmission, including via video conferencing in a departmental digital communication network.

The mobile public information and notification complex (MKION) is also designed on the KAMAZ chassis. The complex provides the broadcast of emergency audiovisual information in places of mass stay of people, as well as in hard-to-reach areas not covered by specialized technical means of notification. On board the car is a high quality LED screen for broadcasting announcements. It is capable of working at any time of the day in any weather conditions. The complex is also equipped with modern communication equipment.

Ryazan Radio Plant, having many years of experience in the production of telecommunication equipment, offers the EMERCOM of Russia solutions to ensure communication and coordination of actions in emergency situations. Since 2022, the company has been supplying the department with mobile communication nodes and warning complexes. In 2024, the line of products for the Ministry of Emergency Situations was replenished with two developments - this is an emergency response car and an operational control car. All complexes are created in close cooperation with rescuers.
