2025: "CTI Monitoring 1.3" with the ability to identify the causes of authorization failures
On April 24, 2025, Si Ti Ai NTC introduced CTI Monitoring 1.3, a large-scale update of the flagship platform for monitoring IT infrastructure and high-load video and audio communication services. This version includes a crash recommendation mechanism, advanced incident analytics, geoanalytics, and convenient dashboards.
Now the system is able to identify the causes of failures during authorization, connection, low quality of communication and abnormal outages. In addition to this, monitoring of network connectivity, TrueConf cluster status and hardware resources is implemented, which allows you to quickly respond to potential problems.
Users receive instant notifications with recommendations for eliminating incidents through popular communication channels such as Telegram, Mattermost, Email and Webhooks. The new Regions board provides a comprehensive assessment of the global stability of video conferencing, which is especially important for companies with a distributed infrastructure.
Three-stage methodology for investigating incidents. To effectively investigate incidents, a three-step methodology is implemented: from alerts with prioritization of problems to analysis of diagrams at the time of failure and deep analysis on specialized screens. This provides a comprehensive approach to troubleshooting. Improved interface and speed. The system interface has become more convenient and efficient. The new Problems screen helps you quickly find the root causes of failures, and the increased stability and speed of log processing allows you to work with large amounts of data without delay.
Optimizing TrueConf monitoring. Monitors with action recommendations and accurate response thresholds have been added, and integration with the TrueConf lifecheck script provides complete monitoring of the cluster state.

2024: "CTI Monitoring" 1.0 with visualization of reporting graphs with time interval scaling
CTI and Trukonf presented an updated version of the CTI Monitoring 1.0 product on December 24, 2024.
The comprehensive solution "CTI Monitoring" is designed to monitor and analyze problems in the operation of VKS services. This release adds a number of additional features that allow business customers to save time for employees responsible for the quality of video conferencing. The system allows you to monitor and predict possible problems in advance, thereby preventing incidents until they appear.
Additional functionality includes full monitoring of the network state: if earlier the interface had statistics only on delays and losses of ICMP packets, now it is possible to see the entire slice over TCP and UDP traffic. A single indicator, which the developers designated as a "traffic light," demonstrates all the critical problems of video conferencing on one screen at the desired interval of time. Also, the solution has added functionality to track the status of the incident. The system for managing identified problems is configured depending on the specific requests. Notifications are carried out in real time and implemented for different channels, including email, Telegram and Mattermost.
The solution has added visualization of reporting graphs with scaling of the time interval and a more informative legend.
For customers using Grafana, the CTI Monitoring 1.0 solution has been integrated accordingly. Now users do not need to switch between different tabs, all the same metrics and graphics can be viewed in a single familiar interface.
Also, for comfortable use, a "dark theme" has been added to this version of the solution. Yaroslav Zemlyanukhin, CTI's lead development engineer, said the team is continuously working on product development. Introducing the version of "CTI Monitoring 1.0," he noted that all additions were developed based on feedback from customers with a manned or already installed solution.
The CTI Monitoring solution is compatible with Windows, Linux, Astra Linux operating systems. In November 2024, CTI conducted test tests of the joint work of CTI Monitoring and Red OS. Now customers of the system integrator will be able to take advantage of all the advantages of stable operation of the CTI Monitoring solution at workplaces with the installed operating system of RED SOFT production.

The software solution "CTI Monitoring" is developed by the CTI system integrator and in the current presentation is intended for use with the Trukonf VKS system.
