2023: Implementation of the Primo RPA platform

The introduction of the Primo RPA platform allowed the company to automate more than 70 business processes. About 100 robots work in the economy and finance, procurement and capital construction, exploration and production and retail business block. Digital assistants are also connected to critical areas, such as interaction with the Federal Tax Service and Rosstat, and the preparation of corporate reporting.

The project was implemented in accordance with the planned deadlines, the ROI of each case was less than 4 years. The platform provided flexibility and scalability, which made it possible to cover not only current needs, but also create a stable basis for further robotization.

Key achievements:

• Labor reduction equivalent to 200 FTE
• Accelerate key processes, including reporting IFRS
• Improve operational accuracy and reduce risk
