2024: Implementation of "Kontur. Diadoc" and "Kontur. Tolka"

The Otrada group of companies has automated processes using the services [[Kontur.Diadok 'Kontur Diadoc]], which made it possible to translate 90% of documents into electronic form, and Tolk provided a stable connection with partners and colleagues. The work in the services was simplified by a single account: employees did not have to create accounts for different solutions. SKB Kontur announced this on December 27, 2024.

Otrada is an agro-industrial company that covers all stages of production: from growing grain to retailing meat products. The main direction is the selection and genetics of pigs.

The company's partners work throughout Russia and abroad. Previously, the exchange of paper documents took up a lot of resources. Contracts were accumulated on signatures, and if the counterparties made mistakes, they had to send the papers again.

Diadoc allowed to speed up processes and reduce the cost of courier service. In some areas, including genetics, the share of electronic documents is now close to 100%.

To quickly contact partners and employees of the group of companies, Otrad introduced Tolk. The service supports high quality communication even at low Internet speed. The previous decision did not always work stably, and business negotiations broke down.

Partners who connect to meetings do not need to register in Tolka and install the application - the service works in any browser. It makes things easier. Employees use uniform accounts for both Tolka and Diadoc.
