Since the founding of 1C Missile Defense Consulting, 1C-based products have been used to automate internal processes, and Timetta has been used to record employee time and resource planning. The need to integrate the Timetta service with 1C appeared during the internal project 1C Missile Defense Consulting. The company needed a connector that would allow seamless data exchange between Timetta and 1C products, so the team decided to develop it on its own.

As of January 2025, the connector for data exchange between Timetta and 1C products is presented on a wide market. When Timetta is integrated with 1C: Payroll and HR Management, companies will have access to data exchange between services, in particular, the transfer of personnel events to Timetta about hiring, transfer to another division and layoffs. Also, users will be able to compare timesheet data with time sheet data, create summary reports and inform managers about possible discrepancies.

Integration of Timetta with "1S:UKh" will allow users to automatically transfer data on the status of acts, project codes from "1C: UX," as well as upload information from NSI Counterparties to Timetta. In addition, customers will be able to automatically change the account status when payment documents are received, transfer and generate agreed requests for costs and payments from 1C: PC, as well as upload project indicators from Timetta and generate reports for budgeting.

When integrating solutions, typical system modules are not affected, and the exchange of events takes place in real time. To control the correctness of data exchange, integration status monitoring tools are implemented in the connector. Secure login methods are also implemented: user credentials are stored in secure storage, and access is configured once and automatically extended each time you exchange. You can set an individual set of rights for each employee.
