The first stage of implementation of EDMS DocsVision in Sibur Khimprom Ltd is performed

In Sibur Khimprom Ltd the first stage of implementation of EDMS DocsVision is completed. Project implementation was enabled by the certified partner of DocsVision company - Webzavod.

Strategic objective of implementation of EDMS in Sibur Khimprom company is cost reduction, optimization of execution of business processes and, in the long term, transition to paperless document flow in the company. At the first, pilot stage of the project the problem of automation of process of work of staff of the enterprise with memos on payment was solved. The project consisted of creation of an original system of approval, integration of DocsVision and 1C 7.7 regarding synchronization of memos on payment, deployments and documentation of a system. For this purpose specialists of Webzavod company unrolled expanded edition of the DocsVision platform of version 4.5 on which the applications "Office-work", "Process management", "Designer of Solutions" were installed and the solution on the DocsVision platform on automation of requests for payment is deployed. Works on implementing solution were performed in 16 days.

Implementation of EDMS DocsVision in Sibur Khimprom company provided to the staff of the enterprise a possibility of approval of memos on payment, in particular, a possibility of creation of a card of the memo, attachment to it of files, obtaining reports on the course of processes of approval of memos and the automatic notification of participants of business process about need to perform the operations over the document.

Based on the first stage of the project in Sibur Khimprom scaling of EDMS DocsVision is planned for other business processes of the company, for example, of the system of approval of agreements.
