2024: Expanding the reach of public alert systems
"Rostelecom" has expanded the coverage of the public warning system in Kyzyl. The operator announced this on January 15, 2025.
Rostelecom additionally installed special technical means on nine administrative buildings, including hospitals, clinics, schools and city hall. The work was commissioned by the municipality.
The updated city system is associated with a regional one at the software and hardware levels.
