"IDGC of Siberia" automated the main business processes using SAP solutions

The SCIENER company completed project implementation on creation of the automated control system of financial and economic activity of the Interregional distribution grid company of Siberia on the SAP Business Suite platform.

The corporate integrated management system of JSC IDGC of Siberia provides information support of the following business processes of the enterprise: planning, budgeting, accounting and tax accounting, logistics, property management, contractual relations, investments and projects of capital construction.

In the project progress the team of consultants of SCIENER company jointly with specialists of the Customer executed complete inspection of business processes of JSC IDGC of Siberia, conceptual design, development of the solutions meeting requirements of the Customer and input of a system in operation.

Feature of the project was that its pilot zone included only management personnel of JSC IDGC of Siberia and Krasnoyarskenergo branch, and other branches prior to replication of a system continued to work in other accounting systems. With respect thereto within the project consultants of SCIENER company executed integration of the SAP ERP system with earlier used systems of accounting of the Customer. Integration of systems was made using an integration bus of SAP PI. The centralized maintaining reference books of materials and Business partners with the subsequent replication of data in a 1C system Enterprise was as a result provided. Also integration of the SAP ERP system with a 1C system "Salary and the Personnel" for transfer of payroll of employees and loading of already approved requests for payment was executed.

Creation of the standard project solution based on SAP ERP which replication since January 1, 2011 is begun in all branches of JSC "IDGC of Siberia" was result of work.
