In Novy Urengoy the "intellectual" hotel business center is built

Optima completed complex automation of the hotel business center (HBC) of the class A "North". As a result in Novy Urengoy for the first time there was GDTs with a conditioning system of all premises that allows to provide Nord-hotel hotel on the international "star" certification.

Within the agreement with SMO Yamalstroy LLC Optima performed preparation and development of the design estimates and also installation of 15 systems in all premises of the 11-storey building. Participation of the company in construction at a stage of formation of technical specifications defined adoption of the concept of dual purpose of rooms. This approach assumes such design of all systems at which numbers without additional alteration can be easily converted in offices. Thanks to it even in the course of construction three lower floors of hotel switched to offices which largest tenants were Sberbank of Russia and Rospan International.

Now in the hotel business center are connected and conditioning, the guaranteed power supply, telephone communication, satellite television and also supervisory control works with building life support systems in a uniform complex of a storage system, a fire and security alarm, video surveillance.
