The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) offers the new software product "to BIT-AVROBUS: Salary and the personnel in educational institution". The program is the integral unit on the basis of the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" configuration which allows to automate payroll and conducting personnel records taking into account specifics of accounting of educational institution.

Solution "BIT-AVROBUS: Salary and the personnel in educational institution" supplements possibilities of the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" configuration, and allows:

  • Store and process the additional information on the employee (the professional qualification groups (PQG), categories of personnel, information on advanced training, on supplementary agreements to the employment contract, etc.);
  • Create the unified forms considering specifics of educational institutions (an output of PKG, allowances, academic degrees, ranks and so forth).;
  • Keep account of orders on prolongation of the employment contract in connection with election (elections) on tender for teachers;
  • Create and store any personnel orders in base;
  • Create personnel orders on combination, substitution.
  • Use enhanced capabilities of maintaining the staff list (new reports, use of additional analytical cuts);
  • Use the mechanism of accounting of an hourly pay of work for teachers (use of rates, the analysis of the plan and the fact of hourly pays);
  • Reflect the accrued payroll and taxes in expenses of the organization for articles of financing;
  • Use the advanced functionality accelerating input of permanent allowances to the list of employees;
  • Use the advanced functionality accelerating registration of payments to the list of employees;
  • Use the mechanism of temporary transfer of debts of the employee from one financing source (and/or KOGSU) on another for an exception of emergence of debts for the end of month;
