BELTEL mounted autonomous metering stations of an expense of thermal energy at the DOZAKL plant

The BELTEL system integrator announces a successful completion of the project on equipping of an expense of thermal energy of Dmitrovsky experimental plant by autonomous metering stations of the aluminum and combined tape (JSC DOZAKL).

JSC DOZAKL entering into group En + Group is dynamically developing enterprise equipped with the modern high-performance equipment. The plant makes products meeting all requirements of modern domestic and international market.

Within the project specialists of BELTEL designed and mounted autonomous metering stations of an expense of thermal energy on 14 objects of the plant. The mounted nodes were handed over to the heatsupplying organization for use in commercial calculations.

Thanks to project implementation there was an opportunity more precisely to consider heat rate by objects of JSC DOZAKL, in real time to control the consumed thermal energy on each object of the enterprise, to create reports in the heatsupplying organization for each object. Savings in payment of the heatsupplying organization for the consumed thermal energy in November, 2010 made about 30%.

In communication in entry into force of federal law No. 261 "About energy saving and increase in power efficiency" the problem of implementation of automated systems of accounting of energy resources faces many enterprises now.

"We receive quite large number of requests for construction of these systems. Now our specialists conduct negotiations with the enterprises in Bryansk, Kostroma, Tula, Moscow areas", - Boldyrev Nikolay Ivanovich, the Assistant department head of "Automated control systems" of BELTEL says.
