2025: Businessman Alexander Kuznetsov bought out Digital Technopark
Moscow businessman Alexander Kuznetsov acquired 100% of the Perm company Digital Technopark, specializing in software development and data processing. This became known on January 22, 2025.
According to Kommersant, the new owner plans to move the technopark office to Moscow. Before the transaction, the founder of the company was the general director of the company Igor Shister.
Alexander Kuznetsov has been conducting entrepreneurial activities in Moscow since 2008, being the founder of three existing companies, including Bestlab LLC and Zdorovye LLC, specializing in medicine and trade in pharmaceutical products.
Digital Technopark LLC, founded in 2018, develops computer software, is engaged in data processing and venture capital investment. In the year of its foundation, the company planned to become a resident of Technopark Perm for the development of information and analytical systems.
At the time of creation, the company belonged to entrepreneurs Tatyana Zhivilova and Mikhail Kudrinsky, as well as the Moscow company Alfaxelerator LLC, which specializes in venture investment.
As the main areas of activity, Digital Technopark develops projects in the field of information technology, including the development of specialized software and data processing systems. The company is also active in venture capital investing, supporting promising tech startups.
The new owner of the company intends to maintain the main activities of the enterprise, expanding them through integration with Moscow projects. Moving the office to the capital will allow the company access to a wider range of partners and investors.[1]
