Ecoline-Voskresensk has accelerated its work four times thanks to Kontur. Diadoc. SKB Kontur announced this on January 23, 2025.

The Moscow Region garbage collection operator transferred more than half of its counterparties to electronic document management and reduced billing for the service from 12 to three days.

Most of the counterparties are consumers of the service. The garbage reform obliged them to conclude an agreement on the management of solid municipal waste and provided for fines for non-compliance. Regoperators at one point needed to contact each organization operating on their territory and sign agreements. It is most convenient to do this in EDM: Diadoc allows you to download the TIN list and send an invitation to the system.

Before switching to electronic document management, billing lasted an average of 12 days. Once a month, it was required to print documents for each user of the service, send them for signature, put a seal, pack in an envelope, register the shipment by mail and wait for several days for the consumer's response. If necessary, the process could take even longer to adjust the accruals.

For more efficient work with counterparties, the company transferred most of the subscribers to electronic document management. Contracts concluded in the EDM system and invoices issued have legal force along with paper documents. As an operator, Ecoline chose a Kontur.Diadok with integration into 1C with a special module. The company refined the system in-house and implemented it as soon as possible.

As a result, more than 60% of consumers switched to electronic document management with the operator, and the billing period was reduced to three days. Also, the costs of document management have decreased: there is no need to spend money on printing contracts and accounts, pay the courier service for delivery and maintain a staff for this. Electronic documents are guaranteed to reach the consumer, the entire chain of movements is visible in Diadoc.
