2024: Implementation of a digital construction management system

Sinara-Development, together with SODIS Lab, has completed a grant project to implement a digital construction management system that covers all stages of the life cycle of a capital construction facility - from design to commissioning. SODIS announced this on January 22, 2025.

The project aimed at simplifying and streamlining the technical document flow, as well as increasing the transparency of the progress of construction and installation work, consisted of three stages. In the first phase, an audit of business processes and an analysis of the level of IT infrastructure were carried out. One of the key steps was the technical deployment of the domestic software product SODIS Building CM, which allows you to monitor the design and construction of facilities in a single information space.

At the second stage, the Sinara-Development team adapted the system to the functional requirements of the company, including the introduction of business processes for coordinating technical documentation at all design stages - from the preparation of the terms of reference to its final approval. The system supports not only 2D drawings, but also BIM models, which greatly simplifies the process of checking and familiarizing yourself with object information models.

In addition, the functions implemented allow you to control the implementation of construction and installation works, ensuring the reflection of data in the system. Previously time-consuming processes, such as controlling physical workloads, are now automated. Information is entered directly into the system, which makes it possible to form a comprehensive report on the work performed.

Pilot operation of the system took place at a large facility "Sinara-Development" - the residential complex "Botanika Green House" on March 8 Street in Yekaterinburg. The specialists, together with the designers, began issuing working documentation through the Russian platform, which allows more efficient interaction within the team and elimination of comments at the initial stages.

This is a major step in the company's digital development. As of January 2025, we are replicating the system for the entire portfolio of projects.
