Sitronics Group has automated the personnel accounting process for Cosmos Hotel Group in a single information space. Sitronics announced this on January 28, 2025.

As part of the project, Sitronics Group developers automated personnel and accounting functions in Cosmos Hotel Group on the basis of domestic software, combined data from 40 information systems of the hotel network into a single database, integrated with third-party systems and services.

The project implemented by Sitronics Group to implement the KORP 1S:ZUP program for Cosmos Hotel Group combined the personnel and salary processes of the customer in a single information space, which made it possible to increase their efficiency and transparency. The project consisted of such stages as analysis of existing processes, development of the system architecture, its implementation, implementation and training of personnel.

Thanks to the architecture developed by Sitronics Group, Cosmos Hotel Group received a single information base for personnel and accounting, including all settlement processes with personnel. The KORP 1S:ZUP system automates processes such as personnel administration management, payroll and reporting. The system also eliminates duplication of information during active processes of employee transition between cities and hotels in the perimeter of the group of companies, which as of January 2025 includes 38 hotels in 23 cities of Russia.

The transition from disparate bases to KORP 1S:ZUP was carried out with the preservation of accumulated information over the years of business development.

The peculiarities of the project were the development of data conversion rules that take into account the specifics of various legal entities and reduce the volume of duplicates in the target unified database 1S:ZUP KORP, an inventory of previous improvements in local databases. The Sitronics Group developers excluded irrelevant configuration changes, and the current improvements were reassembled into a single extension, simplifying further support and updating of the unified database.

In addition, within the framework of the project, the exchange mechanism with the accounting framework of the 1S:BUKh was finalized, a test migration of all the necessary local databases to the test unified database was carried out in order to reduce risks during migration. Sitronics Group specialists developed a mechanism for blocking individual details for complex (settlement and personnel) documents, flexibly configured in user mode, measured the time required for the migration of current data, and planned a migration schedule that takes into account the available technological windows in the operation of historical databases.

The KORP 1S:ZUP system built by our team increases the efficiency of obtaining a consolidated analytical information for making management decisions, optimizes personnel processes, and reduces costs for external - and IToutsourcing maintenance of information bases.
