The KOKS 1 Ltd company, the Moscow producer of metalwork for construction, had new opportunities for cost reduction and development of production due to implementation of a single automated system of management accounting based on the 1C: Small Business Management 8 software product and the special solution for planning and production management "VSEO: Panel of the manager". The project is executed by the company Intensive Center VSEO data center which since 2005 specializes in automation of production companies on the 1C: Enterprise platform.

With implementation of the special solution "VSEO: A panel of the manager" the management of KOKS 1 Ltd had an online access to the consolidated information for planning and production management.
The exception of manual transactions and errors in accounting allowed to reduce several times time for data acquisition about the made products (products remaining balance for the beginning of current month, a free remaining balance of products in a warehouse, deficit of products, quantity of the reserved products, the paid orders, orders in work), about remaining balance of materials and a remaining balance of waste of metal. Receiving the broad picture of the current situation in the enterprise, the head can rationally plan loading of the equipment and purchase of raw materials for timely accomplishment of orders of buyers. It excludes inappropriate use of means, allows to react to the shifts in demand and situations in the market quickly.
Earlier for maintaining orders and the customer base in the company the 1C: Trade Management 8 program was used, a production and inventory control was conducted in spreadsheets. To accelerate and simplify consolidation of data, the decision on implementation of the unified information system of management accounting was made. A system had to integrate functions of earlier used programs and provide automatic formation of the consolidated statements on all divisions. At automation of planning and production management it was important to consider specifics of KOKS-1 Ltd as small enterprise with job order production of different types of products. Production of each type of products requires long reconfiguration of the equipment. With respect thereto it was required to provide rational planning of loading of the equipment by the principle "one day – one type of products".
Making use of experience of automation of management accounting on production, consultants of VSEO data center company proposed the modern solution using the 1C: Small Business Management 8 program and special functionality "A panel of the manager". The proposed solution within the small budget allowed KOKS 1 Ltd to automate formation of the consolidated statements on all divisions, to organize planning, control, the analysis and industrial process control and accomplishment of orders of buyers.

- for rational planning of loading of the equipment: how many products of each type are in a warehouse and how many it is necessary to make (products remaining balance for the beginning of current month, a free remaining balance of products in a warehouse, deficit of products, quantity of the reserved products, the paid orders, orders in work),
- for rational purchase planning of metal: how many metal is in a warehouse (a remaining balance of materials, a remaining balance of waste of metal) and how many it is necessary to buy to provide the flowing and reserved orders.
