ITB BANK (joint stock company) is the bank offering a range of financial services to private and corporate clients, is founded in 1994. The bank specializes in mortgage lending of individuals. Since 2009, steadily enters in Top-25 of the Russian banks on the volume of the issued mortgage loans.

The geography of activity of ITB BANK covers 22 cities in six federal districts of the Russian Federation now, the network of sales contains 33 offices. History

2013

At the end of 2013, the number of the issued bank cards in 2013 reached 71 thousand pieces. Turnover of instant payments through RBS channels grew by 200%. Cooperation with the main payment services is set up: CyberPlat, QIWI, CONTACT, Slow motion and others. Clients of bank had an opportunity of free replenishment of cards and repayment of the credits in ATM network of Bank of Moscow. Total number of partner points of payment acceptance in the cities of Russia and the CIS countries exceeded 700,000.

2014

Since 2009 ITB BANK annually is among the largest mortgage banks of Russia according to rating agencies. In 3 quarters 2014 the bank issued more than 1,800 credits for the amount of 3.3 billion rubles. Reliability of financial institution is confirmed with rating "And" (The High level of solvency) RAEX rating agency. The pacing factors which are positively affecting solvency of bank are the high level of sufficiency of own means and positive experience of cooperation with the state mortgage agency JSC AHML (Agency for housing mortgage lending). Since 2006 ITB BANK is a partner of JSC AHML and specializes in mortgage lending of different segments of the population.

Especially for support of the mortgage borrowers who appeared in a difficult life situation (loss of work or a source of permanent income), ITB BANK implements the restructuring program of debt developed by JSC AHML. This program allows clients of bank to make monthly payments on mortgage loans according to their current financial position.

In the last two years issue of plastic cards in bank grew by 5 times, to 500 thousand cards. In 2014 ITB BANK one of the first connected the ATMs to GIS GMP, and now in devices of self-service "Zaplati-Online" it is possible to pay penalties, taxes, duties and so forth. Active development was gained also by cooperation with microfinance institutions in the direction of card issue for loans, and today already several tens of the companies across all Russia became participants specially developed by BANK ITB "Programs for IFI".

In the next plans – start in bank of the innovation service for individuals of "Zaplati-Online" created based on iSimple lab Internet bank. Updated "Zaplati-Online" is the improved interface which is most meeting customer needs, advanced functionality and an optimal set of necessary services.

ITB BANK increased the capital to 620 million rubles

ITB BANK increased the capital by 210 million rubles due to attraction of the subordinated loan. On October 15, 2014 the Bank of Russia confirmed compliance of terms of loan to requirements of regulating documents and approved its inclusion in structure of the supplementary capital. Thus, the size of own means of bank was 620 million rubles, and the capital adequacy ratio (H1) grew to 15%.

The subordinated loan in the amount of 210 million rubles was issued for ITB BANK by "PARADISE of PARK Holdings Ink." International profit company for a period of 10 years. The raised funds will allow to increase volumes of mortgage lending which is the main specialization of bank. On the volume of the issued mortgage loans ITB BANK already several years in a row enter in top-30 the Russian banks.
