The developer of the ecosystem of digital services for the auto rental business Rently completely translates the execution of car rental contracts into an online format. The partner of the project was the IT company Sign.Me with the SaynClick service. Sign.Me announced this on January 29, 2025.   Despite the rapid growth in demand for car rental in Russia, which, according to estimates by different players, ranged from 20% to 50% in 2024, the classic auto rental business in the regions of the Russian Federation is lacking trust from consumers - 45% of potential customers refuse the idea of ​ ​ renting a car for travel at the stage of signing an agreement due to complex processes and inappropriate service quality expectations. The transfer of document flow to electronic format is designed to ensure the security of transactions and simplify the process of obtaining a rented car on the spot.   The Sain.Click service, integrated into the Rently platform, allows you to sign a car rental agreement with a company from another region without meeting in person with the manager or visiting the office. An enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP) is used, created using cryptography, which has a high degree of protection and guarantees the invariability of the document after signing - it cannot be forged or hacked. To sign the contract, the client just needs to follow the link that came in the SMS message and sign the document. The client does not need to download anything or register somewhere. At the same time, the signed documents have legal force and are recognized by the court.   According to the results of pilot testing of the Rently platform, which has been carried out since December 2024 with a number of Russian car rental companies, it was noted that the translation of document flow with individuals into figures allows you to save up to 125 hours of working time per month with a fleet of cars in 100 cars, ensures the orderliness of documents and removes the issue of storing a paper archive.
