The Jet Infosystems company announced end of the first stage of upgrade of IT infrastructure of Irkut corporation for project implementation of MS-21 – the state order for creation of "The trunk airplane of 21 centuries". More than ten projects on creation of subsystems of new IT infrastructure are implemented by the uniform program, says Jet Infosystems.

As noted, the problem of creation of the modern airplane consisting from more than 100 thousand parts is not solved without use of IT today. Prior to the beginning of the project it became clear that IT infrastructure for MS-21 will need to be built almost from scratch and to do it as soon as possible. For achievement of an effective objective the contractor having the competences necessary for solving of tasks of such scale was required for the aircraft manufacturer. By then the Irkut corporation and Jet Infosystems company already had an experience of cooperation: earlier the integrator implemented several projects for corporation, having shown high quality of works. In progress in creation of IT infrastructure of the MS-21 project specialists of Jet Infosystems developed an algorithm which integrated information flows in the single managed network which each participant was aware of events on the "next" objects.

As a result of project implementation subsystems were created: computer system (CS), storage system (SS) and backup (SRK), data network (DN), IdM system, system of corporate e-mail, information security system (ISS).

The computer system consists of two data processing centers – the main and reserve – and includes more than 60 physical and virtual servers. At its design, for increase in extent of use of the equipment and economy of costs, a part of systems (including business and critical) was taken out in virtual environment of VMware. Virtual environment was also distributed on two DPCs that in case of failure or the shortage of performance it was possible to provide almost instant "moving" of systems from the main platform on reserve and to guarantee their smooth operation. The reserve DPC has container execution that in case of emergency will allow to place IT infrastructure in the safe place, explained in Jet Infosystems.

For DWH and SRK the security circuit of data and the plan of recovery in case of failure was worked in details out. On the one hand, wide use of technologies of virtualization of servers complicated design and setup of the systems of DWH and SRK, but on the other hand, consolidation of servers and data provided cost efficiency of the solution.

Works on upgrade of SPD had to be carried out "on the run" as it is a basis of interaction of all systems. Actually "nearby" from already existing it was created new, distributed on two DPCs, a data network, and then the combined team of the customer and contractor carried out step-by-step migration of servers and users to new networked environment. Special attention was paid to the possible conflicts of routing and security policies implemented for the different systems.

The IdM system exercises user account control in new IT infrastructure. It is connected to information systems of the customer using connectors which part was developed especially for this project by specialists of Jet Infosystems company.

In turn, the system of corporate e-mail, as well as SPD, was implemented without breaks in providing service. Upon transition to a new mail system any outgoing or incoming letter was not lost, and relevant address directories, the history of messages and other user parameters were transferred in full, underlined in Jet Infosystems.

Creation of complex SIB was implemented in two directions: the existing cybersecurity system elements were optimized for the purpose of preserving of investments and also the additional resources and methods allowing to provide reliable protection of IT infrastructure of the customer are implemented. Among them – creation of the self-protected network in the concept of Cisco Systems, protection of servers and workstations, control of leaks via web channels, mail and alienable carriers, etc.

Except the above-mentioned systems, were also implemented: single system of monitoring, management system for IT services, monitoring system and archiving of mail. Besides, technical specifications, the explanatory note and a detail design on creation of IT infrastructure were developed for the platform of the customer which is in Taganrog. At the moment all integration works are finished, technical support of IT infrastructure is also performed by specialists of Jet Infosystems company.

Now there is a preparation for the second stage of the project within which expansion of number of users of a system and connection of regional platforms is planned.
